Scope of the SITREP: The "Infrastructure SITREP" is a fixed-fee product limited to a single physical or cloud location and a maximum of one (1) primary storage cluster or array (up to 4 nodes). Any work exceeding this scope requires a separate, custom Engagement Agreement. 3. No Guarantee of Outcome: While we provide expert Tier-4 recommendations, the Client is responsible for the implementation and final results of any technical changes. 4. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided. 5.
