After more than 20 years in enterprise IT infrastructure, I founded Shepherd Consulting Solutions to bridge a specific, critical gap in the industry: the ability to trace an issue line-by-line in the code, and then immediately translate that technical reality into strategic direction for Fortune 100 CEOs.

In this industry, the difference between an educated guess and an absolute resolution is training. My technical baseline was established directly by the best in the business, often by the lead developers and inventors of the systems themselves.
